PART-TIME DISPATCHER

The Rumson Police Department is accepting applications for part-time Emergency Telecommunicator/Dispatcher.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

•  - At least 18 years old.
•  - High School Diploma or GED.
•  - Have a valid NJ Driver’s License.
•  - Possess the ability to multitask under pressure and communicate clearly.
•  - Ability to accurately and timely provide information to emergency responders.
•  - Available for various day, night, and weekend shifts, as needed.
•  - Must be knowledgeable with computers.
•  - Must successfully complete an in-house training program.
