HOW TO APPLY
Thursday nights are when we have our Weekly Briefings at 18:30 (6:30 pm) @ La Vernia Fire Station 1 (open to public).
1st Thursday of the month is our monthly Business Meeting where the Administrative & Fire Operations sides get together, along with all the members and cover monthly updates, reports, and planning of current and future events, training, and projects. Supplement Thursday nights are our training/drill nights; we do our training in the classroom and the drills are hands on. Your welcome to just stop by and check out the trucks!
If you're interested in becoming part of our community’s Fire Station, fill out our Member application (provided to you above; "Apply Now" button)
No Experience Necessary.
We provide training to you at no cost and it covers all aspects of The Fire Service.
If you're not interested in FIRE, you can still help out. There are many roles and positions in protecting our community that could be filled, and with growth not far away the need for active members will increase.
