Job Description/General Duties:
The Allenstown Police Department is looking for a first-line supervisor Police Sergeant responsible for overseeing patrol operations, supervising officers, and ensuring the effective delivery of police services to the community. This position performs law enforcement duties while providing leadership, guidance, and training to assigned personnel.
Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, investigating incidents, preparing reports, enforcing state laws and local ordinances, maintaining positive community relationships, and ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, integrity, and a commitment to community-oriented policing.
