The Elk Township Department seeks a motivated, hardworking and determined candidate for the position of Full Time Patrol Officer.
The Police Department currently has thirteen full time Officers and one Class II Special Officer. The Chief of Police and Command Staff take pride in making sure that the Rank and File of the Department have the best equipment and are properly trained in all aspects of police work. Officers can be assigned as Patrol Units, Detectives, ATV Units and Bicycle Units all with the same goal of providing a service and meeting the needs of the Community.
The Police Department wants to continue to serve the public with a diverse staff that is well rounded in all aspects of police work. Those seeking employment with the Elk Township Police Department should be honest, motivated, and be willing to give a 100% to the community we serve.
