WOLCOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

POSTC Certified Police Officer 

The Wolcott Police Department is currently accepting applications from POSTC certified police officers for the position of Police Officer for anticipated upcoming vacancies. Starting salary is $90,400 annually.  Applicants are required to successfully complete the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association (CPCA) Certified Police Officers Written Examination prior to applying for this position. As part of the hiring process, applicants will be required to successfully complete an oral interview, background investigation, polygraph, psychological and physical examinations. Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience as a POSTC certified Police Officer in the state of Connecticut.
