WRITTEN EXAMINATION
1. Application and testing fee is $100.00 Non Refundable
2. Deadline for applications is Monday , December 2nd 2019 at 11:59 pm
3. TEST LOCATION: Testing will be held at the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy, located at 500 W Hanover Ave, Parsipanny, NJ 07054
4. TEST DATE & TIME: Friday December 6th, 2019 at 6:00 pm.
5. There will be NO MAKE up exams, you must plan accordingly. All fees paid are non-refundable
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalency.
- Must be a resident of NJ
- Must be at least (18-35) years of age.
- Must not have been convicted of a crime.
- Must be of good moral character.
SALARY
While Attending Academy: $40,501
After Successful Completion of Academy: $51,185
PTC certified candidates have ability to start between $51, 185 and $67, 492 depending on years of experience. 2020 top pay is $110,708 plus $1700 for Associates and $3350 for Bachelors after completing four years’ service with MTPD
