About the Old Town Police Department


The Old Town Police Department consists of approximately 20 sworn officers and two support staff members. The leadership team includes a Chief, Deputy Chief, and three patrol sergeants, and a Detective sergeant. Additionally, the department has two detectives, a School Resource Officer (SRO), and 11 patrol officers, all working collaboratively to ensure the safety and security of the community.

To protect the constitutional, civil and human rights of the citizens working, living in and visiting our community. We will partnership with our community to prevent, reduce and eliminate crime and neighborhood problems by providing a fair professional and respectful police service. We will enforce all state, federal and local laws with integrity, dignity and compassion.
