We are currently accepting applications for Full-Time Police Officers.
Non-certified applicants who are selected will be enrolled in the January 2027 Police Academy at HACC — fully paid by the department.

Minimum Requirements

U.S. Citizen
At least 21 years old by the application deadline
High school diploma or GED
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (prior to appointment)
Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a police officer
Act 120 preferred but not required — we will send you to the academy
