TOWN OF TIVERTON, RHODE ISLAND

FIRE CHIEF

The Town of Tiverton, RI is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Fire Chief. Minimum requirements include but are not limited to certification and license with the RI Dept. of Health as an Emergency Medical Technician; an Associate Degree in fire science, public administration, or related field; ten (10) years of experience with progressively greater responsibility in fire department management, firefighting, fire prevention and emergency medical services; five (5) year of experience in a command position; and 2 years administrative experience. Salary $90,000 - $100,000, DOQ. More detailed information is
